Flourless Fudge Chocolate Cake
I love chocolate. If you are a follower of my blog you already know that chocolate is my best friend. I have written a lot about chocolate and its benefits. Chocolate is not only rich, delicious and dreamy, but can be very healthy if we eat the right amount and keep a low percent of sugar.
This cake can also count as a brownie. It is very very rich and has a fudge texture, which makes it heavenly in every way possible. It's very easy to make, doesn't take much time, and best yet- guilt free! It is flourless, sugar free, gluten free and dairy free!
Ingredients:
7 oz dark chocolate
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup coca powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
*Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
1. Put the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a large bowl and heat in the microwave until melt (heat for 30 second and mix, and again until it melts. This way it will not burn)
2. Add the coconut sugar and mix until combined.
3. Beat in the eggs and egg yolks one at a time.
4. Add the cocoa powder and salt and mix until smooth.
5. Pour batter into a buttered or oiled pan.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center of the cake comes out with moist crumbs.
Bon Appetit!
